#### Primary Responsibilities
Assists the Training Director and regional offices in meeting the training needs for field and operational personnel.
#### Reporting to
Oil, Gas & Chemicals (OGC) Services, is a division of SGS and is the market leader in independent inspection, testing, verification and specialized technical services to the Oil, Gas and Chemical industries.
#### Specific responsibilities
Assesses the training needs of the region and keeps Management informed of all planned training activities.
Utilizes the training materials and audit checklists approved and/or provided by Management.
Conducts internal audits of branches to help identify training needs.
Assist in the training of personnel in other regions as required.
Compiles reports on all training activity in the assigned region and reports to Training Director on a monthly basis.
Attend meetings with Training Director at least once per year to receive updated training guidelines, materials, and instructions, and to report on the regional training activity status.
Maintain current knowledge by attending seminars, lectures, meetings and professional conferences.
Assist Training Director in development and delivery of training
Track expiration dates of reoccurring training requirements for the region.
Updates learning management system (LMS) assignments and completions.
#### Profile
High School degree or general education degree (GED).
A minimum of five (5) year of related Field Inspection experience.
Must be able to travel, often at short notice.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and other office applications.
#### Skills
Position requires incumbent to be flexible with work schedule in order to accommodate the schedules of those individuals needing training.
The ability to coordinate and prioritize a variety of tasks and to marshal the resources necessary to accomplish them.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and/or groups both within the organization or while representing the organization.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work with minimal or no supervision.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
