Manage and lead skilled trades
Meet planned and preventive maintenance objectives
Provide safe work environment
Execute Lean Manufacturing Operating Systems
Support/implement cost reduction initiatives
Maintain ISO certifications with strong audit scores
Administer union contract
Position Requirements
Required:
Experience working with skilled trades
Understanding of planned and preventive maintenance systems
Lean manufacturing experience/knowledge
Preferred:
Experience/knowledge of cable extrusion operations
Experience/knowledge of drawing/bunching operations
Educational Requirements Bachelor''s Degree - Engineering (Preferred: Electrical or Mechanical Engineerintg)
