## Position Overview
I am a local State Farm Insurance Agent looking to hire an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. Do you aspire to some day run your own business, be an advisor looked to in your community, lead a team and have high income potential? As part of my successful team, I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. ## Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business.

## Requirements
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
Position may require irregular working hours

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
