Job Description Plans, implements, renders and evaluates social work services in the home care setting using professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a Licensed Medical Social Worker in New York State.
Minimum or Preferred Qualifications Master s Degree in Social Work. One (1) year experience providing patient/client counseling. Current licensure to practice as a Medical Social Worker in NYS. Valid NYS drivers license.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
