In response to the growing demand for skilled and effective ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) providers, Maxim Healthcare Services is looking for compassionate and talented individuals with experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum.
Maxim ABA Therapists are able to work one-on-one in home, school, and social settings with a child, implementing the Behavior Support Plan designed and maintained by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). ABA Therapists gather quantifiable behavioral data necessary for the BCBA to evaluate the effectiveness of the Behavioral Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives.

We are currently looking for Per Diem employees.
Week Day Shifts Available (Mon-Fri): Days, Evenings
Weekend Shifts Available (Sat/Sun): Days, Evenings
Qualifications: - Completion of a minimum of twelve (12) semester hours of college coursework and currently enrolled in a course of study leading to an Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, Human Development or related fields
Forty (40) hours of classroom training in ABA techniques in accordance with BCBA Guidelines for Responsible Conduct of Behavioral Analysts (We are willing to train candidates on a case by case basis).
Five Hundred (500) hours of classroom training and experience in ABA techniques can be a substitute for college course work.
Prior experience with special needs children highly preferred
Reliable Transportation
Currently, Day and Evening shifts are available on Part Time schedules
