##### Title: Systems Engineer
Reports To: FRC Electrical Engineering Manager
POSITION SUMMARY :
As a member of the FRC Engineering team, this motivated individual is involved in the definition, development, testing, and release of hardware and software components for the _FIRST_ Robotics Competition (FRC). This position offers exposure to a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, and software components and the annual challenge of integrating them into a robust system.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
Identify and integrate hardware and software products from diverse vendors to produce a reliable and robust architecture for use on the FRC playing field
Design, prototype, test, and support electro-mechanical solutions for scoring the FRC game
Collaborate on the software development, testing, and in-season support of the FRC playing field
Research and implement prototype robot components and/or systems to support the annual FRC game design process
Provide project management, software development, and testing support for the FRC robot control system and playing field.
EDUCATION/TECHNICAL
Experience:
Requires a BS in Engineering or Computer Science and 5 years minimum related work experience
Demonstrated programming experience with in C++, C#, Java, or LabVIEW (more than one is preferred)
Experience in developing and programming real-time embedded controls or systems
Experience in computer networking and wireless communications
Demonstrated experience and skills in product development and project management (ability to define tasks, provide clear and accurate estimates of work, and deliver on time), experience with Microsoft Project a plus
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in the layout, configuration, and use of the FRC robot control system is preferred
Familiarity with FRC as a team member, mentor, or volunteer is preferred
Ability and willingness to learn, adapt and work in a fast paced environment
Proficient with basic electrical laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering iron, etc.)
Some travel may be required to support _FIRST_ events
Supervisory Responsibly: May be required to direct volunteers or seasonal employees for project task completion.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
