The Director of Recruitment establishes and administers a variety of comprehensive programs related to student recruitment in order to meet ITT/ESI's recruitment goals. Accountable for the overall success of the Recruitment Department including meeting recruiting objectives.
Responsibilities
Provides leadership, direction, motivation and supervision of direct reports. Coaches staff in the growth and improvement of skills through timely, specific and constructive feedback. Oversees the training and development of employees. Screens, interviews and hires employees.
Monitor the status of all recruitment prospects, analyze statistical recruiting data and provide input where needed.
Guide employees and oversee their work to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, and the guidelines of government and accrediting organizations.
Support the administration of the ITT/ESI Representative Performance Plan.
Obtain and maintain ITT/ESI's Recruitment Presentation Certification.
Participate in the development of the college's business plan by recommending recruiting goals, budgets and staffing plans.
Assist in college public relations activities. Assist the Director in development and maintenance of government and agency contacts to promote ITT/ESI.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education or equivalent experience.
Three to five years experience in admissions, recruiting, intangible or other related sales is required. At least one year leadership and/or supervisory experience.
Previous proven success in presenting sales or training material.
Efficiently utilize a personal computer and related software including Microsoft Office and Internet proficiencies.
Experience in organizing and writing reports and presentations. Able to interact with employees and outside contacts of all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work in a corporate environment, work across functions, and provide practical, thoughtful solutions is required. Proven legal experience in solving complex problems for individuals or teams. Experience with analyzing and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of options and exercise critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills.
Proven track record of project completions.
Proven record of multi-tasking and ability to handle a high pressure environment with significant timeline pressures.
Past history of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.

The Report discloses information about our College's safety and security policies and procedures, and statistics concerning the number of particular crimes reported to each College and local law enforcement agencies as occurring on each College's premises or public property adjacent to the School. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
