About the Position: This position is located in the Logistics Division, Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill OK. The applicant has an opportunity to work with both Military and Civilian personnel.

DUTIES:
Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, window frames, doors, modular furniture and some new construction.
Install and maintain electronic card key locks and mechanical locks for MEDDAC/DENTAC/VET facilities.
Design, engrave, and maintain directional signs for MEDDAC/DENTAC/VET buildings.
Repair or replace electrical outlets, switches, switch plates, thermostats, fuses and bulbs.
Repair and replace plumbing in buildings; to include fixtures, faucets, defective pipes, fittings and connections, clogged drains etc.
Report monthly utility meter readings for billing purposes.
Operate a gasoline and diesel powered vehicle to transport supplies.
Screen Out Element: Experience performing tasks of a journeyman Maintenance Mechanic with the extensive knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical fixtures, roofs & roofing, exterior brickwork, concrete walkways & steps, caulking, windows & sealants, walls, doors & jams, floors & flooring. Able to perform repairs without more than normal supervision.

Physical Effort: Work involves walking, standing, crawling, kneeling, stooping, bending, and climbing. Work may be done in awkward and cramped positions. Frequently lifts objects weighting up to 70 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
Working conditions: Works outside and inside in heat, cold, excessive humidity, excessive dampness or chilling weather. Works on concrete floors, work is noisy, dirty, smoky, and involves exposures to fumes, gases, solvents, grease and oils, Works in areas where slippery or uneven walking surfaces are present including ladders or scaffolding. Exposed to cuts, bruises and falls from ladders. Works around machinery, objects or vehicles with moving parts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
