We are looking for Front Desk Receptionist for our office in Chantilly, VA. This is a full time position working Monday- Friday.
Advance Health is a privately owned company, located in Chantilly, VA, focusing on health assessments and care coordination to seniors in their homes. Our goal is to improve the health of seniors by offering quality home health services. The data we collect helps enhance the effectiveness of the care management programs. As navigating the health care system becomes increasingly complex, it is important to help our seniors receive the services needed to maintain healthy lifestyles.
Greets customers, vendors, job applicants, employees from other locations and other visiters with high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
Answers incoming calls and directing those calls to appropriate parties
Provides administrative assistance such as typing letters, preparing reports, entering data into spreadsheet and travel arrangements
Scheduling appointments
Maintains safe and clear lobby area
Coordinate all shipping needs with appropriate carrier
Other duties as assigned
2 years of experience working at a front desk
Excellent customer service skills with professional and courteous phone etiquette
Ability to speak clearly and concisely
Basic clerical and administrative skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
