Seeking a Corporate Compensation and Benefits Analyst to support and maintain our client companys compensation and benefit programs to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines that are competitive and compliant with legal regulations. Compensation related activities include: support of our compensation philosophy to ensure consistency in our internal and external market position, salary and broad-based incentive administration, relocation, job evaluation and career development. Benefit activities include US health and welfare plans, retirement programs and compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Candidates should have:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR or other analytical field with 5
years experience in compensation and benefits.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with extensive experience providing compensation analysis, advice and direction in support of a business
Practical knowledge in and experience with employee benefit plan design, practices, and strategies for health, welfare and pension/retirement plans.
Expert in Excel. Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate one-on-one at all levels of the organization.
CCP a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
