CDL, CWI, NACE, CSP and other types of paid schooling available.
On-the-job training for Welders, Fitters, and Supervisors.

PERSONNEL COORDINATOR DUTIES:
Field all calls regarding personnel, during duty hours. Assist as needed on call. 7/7 Rotation w/ 24 hrs calls.
Ensure that all time and weekly per diem are turned in.
Check job specific training before sending anyone to work.
Complete weekly reports: Offshore and Land status / Chevron listing / availability list
Communicate to Project Managers any issues or changes with their jobs in relation to personnel management.
Issue all Pre-Mobilization checklist and organize all movement of all personnel.
Record personnel on offshore status report and keep posted in personnel book.
Maintain additional supplies for Supervisors/Foreman time ticket books, JSA's, etc as needed.
Distribute field paperwork accordingly.
Manage all details of personnel boards.
Follow crew and equipment lists to fill job requirements.
Manage monthly files on active and completed jobs
Maintain active phone listing.
Coordinate thru Project Manager / HR all immediate problems, issues in field locations to include all problems, complaints and concerns.
Keep Recruiter / HR informed to any additional manning requirements needed as requirements for personnel change.
Maintain communication via pass on information and current updates to provide guidance for dispatchers to complete on duty personnel staffing.
Provide coordinating with training department to ensure all training requirements are met as needed to complete current job requirements and classifications.
Ensure all specific equipment is included in mobilization of crews to include all PPE and special needed equipment. (FRC, clip hoods, Hard Hat etc.)
Email Equipment Coordinator when land and offshore jobs are completed as a checks and balance to ensure all rentals are returned.
All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
