Position Description
oGeneration of daily/weekly manufacturing operational performance results including:
a.Financial results and analysis from manufacturing operations
b.Labor hours reporting and analysis
reporting requirements including financial and operational metrics
d.Weekly production tracking
oMaterial requirement planning including
a.perform analysis of weekly physical inventory
b.Manage issues with defective inventory (materials/packaging)
c.Monitoring of inventory quantities on hand and order deliveries
d.Tracking of all related materials data including COA, MSDS
oProduct costing for new products and maintenance of existing product costing
oServe as backup for multiple functions including processing of weekly payroll
oSupporting the period-end closing process including monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and timely financial report generation.
oSupporting the annual budgeting process including the setting of product standards and working with departmental managers to forecast overhead spending
oActive participant in advancing plant safety culture
oAd-hoc projects as required
Position Requirements
oAbility to successfully complete all accounting and inventory management functions.
oStrong knowledge of the product standard costing process
oProficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Oracle ERP software is strongly preferred
oAble to work independently and in a team environment
oStrong leadership skills, coupled with excellent written and oral communication

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
