Position Overview:
Exciting opportunity with a very stable and growing company for a newly created Inside Sale Representative located in Greer, SC. The roles and responsibilities associated with this position are designed to maintain and strengthen the customer relationships managed by the outside sales reps and with our network of distributors. The person awarded this position will gain longstanding relationships with co-workers, customers and managers and have the opportunity to continue to advance within the organization. Responsibilities include:
Act as an advocate for our customers and collaborate with other departments to ensure the customer receives the correct product, on time and at the correct cost.
Support business management directives and decisions.
Coordinate sales among the sales team, customers and extended teams as appropriate.
Maintain excellent internal and external customer relationships.
Collaboratively work with Outside Sales Rep to develop and maximize opportunities
Where applicable, review and quote spot pricing opportunities with customers
Follow-up on customer quotations
Qualifications
Required
Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, sales support or customer service in a manufacturing / industrial environment
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Self-motivated, with analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage time, balance multiple tasks and constantly work with changing priorities
Ability to work in fast paced, self-directed environment
Ability to travel 5%
Very strong communication abilities
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Experience working with a network of distributorsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
