Marketing Manager, Search/Online/Offline/Lead Generation

Overview:
LifeStation is looking for a marketing professional to drive consumer marketing. This role is critical to capturing demand for the LifeStation Medical Alert System using a broad range of marketing vehicles, including, search engine marketing, online and offline lead generation, social media, partnerships and promotions. The Marketing Manager is part of a team that is responsible for planning, organizing, executing, tracking and reporting results of online and offline marketing and lead generation campaigns and other marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns intended to drive leads and inbound calls for in-house phone sales team and online orders.
Analyze and optimize search campaigns from a variety of perspectives including keyword/ad copy CTR, conversion rates, seasonal/geographical trends, search queries, landing page, conversion funnel, quality score, competitors, distribution channel, etc to achieve maximum ROI
Fully understand Adwords & Bing paid search platforms, including keyword development, account setup, ad creation, content network, match types, quality score, negative keywords, enhanced campaigns, ad extensions, conversion rates, etc
Learn and expand beyond search distribution to effectively run campaigns on DSP's, CPC networks, retargeting, Facebook, mobile, new Adwords Betas and more
Develop, manage and optimize website, including working with in-house design and development teams to execute landing page and website tests
Perform ongoing budget and ROI reporting, providing insights and optimization recommendations
Work with Marketing Director, Graphic Design team, Sales Manager and other Marketing and Senior Management team members to communicate and enhance marketing initiatives
Provide support for Social Media, Content and SEO strategy

Required Skills, Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years search/online marketing experience
Proven success with managing Search programs, coupled with the experience managing sophisticated multi-channel attribution and devising innovative marketing strategies
Strong command of search engine interface tools
Comprehensive data analysis and problem solving skills; able to draw conclusions and devise strategic recommendations based on findings
Strong to advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, Vlookups, and chart building
High intellectual curiosity, always wondering why/how/what if. You stay current on industry news and incorporate that insight into how you manage your online programs

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
