Our client, located in Elkhart, is looking for a Quality Control Manager to help develop, implement, and coordinate the quality system and direct the activities of the Quality Control Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and
Responsibilities:
Directs the implementation of our client's Quality System
Analyzes, evaluates and presents information concerning performance of the Quality System to management.
Directs multi-disciplinary teams for product quality planning, corrective action and continuous improvement activities.
Determines personnel and resource needs for quality assurance program
Communicates with customers and subcontractors regarding quality requirements
Performs other duties that may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Supervises the acquisition, training, and management of all personnel within the quality control department. Assigns and directs work, appraises performance, and participates in directing the continuous development of all quality control personnel.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
BS or BA degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five to ten years related experience.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Communication:
Ability to effectively present written and verbal information to management, customers, subcontractors and employees.
Ability to write procedures, reports and correspondence.
Technical:
Ability to understand production processes and their effect on product quality.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, design of experiments
Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics to practical quality control situations
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
