SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Provide administrative support for the Account Manager and all Unicco employees while working
independently on projects. Perform accounting, bookkeeping, and record keeping functions according to company
procedures and the site contract.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. Safety First
expectations include, but are not limited to Observation Process and all company / site safety guidelines and
procedures.
2. Assist the Blair team and Supervisors in a variety of administrative matters. Primary backup to Office Manager.
3. Perform and maintain records, logs, checklists, reports, forms, memos, and other materials.
4. Complete, gather, process and file documents relating to human resources, payroll, and financial matters.
5. Maintain all personnel and company files in an updated and orderly manner.
6. Track hours and costs in order to prepare bills for the customer in a timely manner. Track and balance financial
issues while ensuring accuracy.
7. Perform work that is confidential in nature such as employment applications, new hires, wages, terminations,
performance evaluations, etc.
8. Create spreadsheets including formulas, links, etc. using Microsoft Excel.
9. Key payroll and distribute paychecks to employees.
10. Assist staff and employees with questions relating to payroll & benefits.
11. Track payment status of company's invoices.
12. Utilizing the computer, type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans,
etc. Proofread copies for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for
accuracy and clarity of final copy.
13. Maintain adherence to the published work schedule while being flexible in hours based on work load.
14. Communicate with employees and customer to effectively accomplish assigned tasks.
15. Work without direct supervision on daily assigned work.
16. Perform other work as defined by company and/or customer.
17. Responsible for time entry of employee timesheets for all operations located in the Blair facility using MS Access.

1. Work with all assigned personnel.

safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:
1.) Education: Possess a high school degree, post high school training in secretarial or administrative programs.
An Associate's degree in Office Technology would be beneficial, but is not required.

Experience: Possess a minimum of five years experience either as an executive secretary or an administrative
assistant.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
