Summary: A Simply Mac Product Consultant is required to diligently execute the official sales program and all duties described below. The position emphasizes skills in the areas of operations, teamwork, customer service and sales in a retail environment. The Product Consultant-s primary role will be to provide operational support to the Store Manager, customer service and execute the sales presentations to prospective customers. The Product Consultant position is often the first impression that customers have of Simply Mac; as a result, it is paramount that Product Consultant-s uphold at all times and to the highest standards, the company-s mission statement and core values. The Product Consultant position is a critical role in the company, and requires a well-rounded and determined individual that will take part in the growth of the company.
Core objective: A Simply Mac Product Consultant is required to diligently and effectively execute the Sales Program of the company, provide operational support for the store and fulfill the Mission Statement and Core Values.
Duties: Position
Responsibilities:
Meet or Exceed Sales Goals:
-Properly greet and conduct sales presentations to all customers following the established guidelines, overcoming objections and attaching features and accessories
-Look up all existing customers
-Report to performance board for daily one on one regarding goal setting for daily and month-to-date Revenue, GP, and Attachment Rates
-Maintain above standard for personal sales
-Fulfill the focus of our sales, operations and team development as it pertains to the daily one on ones, weekly meetings and monthly employee evaluations.
Accountability for Daily Operational Activities:
-Receive all inventory daily ensuring accuracy and timeliness
-Conduct daily inventory counts as required
-Conduct weekly inventory counts as required
-Inform the Store Manager immediately of any discrepancies, shortages or other concerns
-Execute the branch routine without apathy
-Follow opening and closing procedures of the routine to uphold store appearance, cleanliness, merchandise and staffing standards
-Attend all required meetings
-Assure the quality experience as per our Mission Statement of our customers
-Obey all Policies and Procedures
-Protect the company against fraudulent and harmful activities
-Other duties as assigned
Customer Service
-Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner
-Follow Simply Mac-s mission statement
Qualifications: Essential skills and
Experience:
-Apple & Mac experience preferred.
-Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
-Ability to learn new products and services in a timely manner
-Proficient in all Microsoft applications
Valued but not required skills and
Experience:
-High school diploma
