Growing specialty retailer with over 120 stores seeks a highly creative and analytical VP of Ecommerce to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Drive demand generation through front end optimization technologies, web and marketing analytics.
Drive merchandise assortment strategies and marketing calendar/promotional strategies through product performance
analysis, margin assessment and returns optimization.
Manage day to day operations including operational and financial forecasting.
Test and react to emerging social channels, further customer engagement across company ecosphere (all
channels).
Accountable for strategy, P&L responsibility, site operations, digital marketing and fulfillment for the growing segment of the company's business.
Areas of impact will include include P&L, technology strategy, digital marketing strategy development, assortment management, on site merchandising, customer service and fulfillment.
Requirements:
10-15 years experience as a Director or VP of Ecommerce for a major regional or national specialty chain specializing in fashion apparel, footwear and/or accessories
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to this position
Must possess extensive experience and understanding in direct-to-consumer business model
Advanced computer skills are essential to the position.
