Field Engineer - Liquid Application Systems - Poultry

Global manufacturer and distributor of food safety processing applications. Food grade, green, antimicrobial disinfection products used in the processing of poultry, beef, pork, fruits, vegetables and aseptic packaging.
Responsibilities:
Develop and design proprietary liquid delivery systems for each unique application of the antimicrobial product in the processing of poultry.
Survey, design, document and take the managerial oversight of fabrication and construction, installation and start-up of application systems to include storage and handling systems.
Work with Corporate Engineering and Sales and Marketing to provide technical support to customers including field engineering work and technical sales calls. Provide customer training, oversight, technical service which would include safety, safety, use, storage and product handling.
Conduct cost tracking of projects and installations in order to ensure that projects remain in budget and are profitable. Routine clerical duties trip reports, weekly reports, updating shared calendars for scheduling, activity time sheets, expense reports and project purchasing requisitions.
Qualifications:
BS - Engineering.

years related experience.
Liquid flow, pumps, valves, tanks, piping, utilities, filtration, application, design, industrial, process, project engineering.
Familiarity with food processing operations, layouts, equipment, control systems and food safety compliance.
70% Travel and occasional irregular work hours during startups, trials and troubleshooting times.
Salary $80-100K, 7.5% Bonus, Car allowance, Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Vacation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
