Automotive industry manufacturing company looking for a Senior Quality Engineer, Six
Sigma Black Belt. The Quality Engineer Is responsible for leading Six Sigma projects,
including project selection and coaching. Position requires hands-on approach to problem
solving and outstanding problem solving skills, including multi-variable data analysis, DoE,
SPC, etc. Must be capable of leading problem solving teams throughout the plant, in
various departments.
- Develops and maintains project plans and presentations.
- Is responsible for managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Provides coaching for other Six Sigma Blackbelts and Greenbelts.
- Coordinates external training for continuous improvement purposes.
- Compiles, writes and delivers training material upon completion of projects.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. DMAIC
and/or DFSS Blackbelt. ASQ Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt preferred.
