Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Inbound Duties include:
Scheduling deliveries with outside carriers
Filing Bills of Lading post-delivery
Verifying accuracy of product receipt and product putaway
Managing daily freight planning
Communicating Daily/Weekly workflow with management team
Performing Yard control duties and audits
Providing Internal reporting as required
Work with specific client requests
Solve t-sku issues that inhibit receipt of product
Assist with product profiling
Assist with Inbound related general inventory adjustments
Outbound Duties Include:
Coordinating pick-ups with carriers
Processing Manifests by carrier
Preparing International shipment documentation
Preparing Hazardous Material documentation
Shipping internal shipments
Communicating any plan deviations to management
Solving shipment issues (trouble) that may delay departure
Processing no-reads and/or mis-sorts in the outbound sort process
Work with clients via Epiphany interface
Follow-up and resolve inventory on the shorts list
Assist in set-up and monitoring outbound shipping lanes
Perform replenishment as needed
Inventory Control Duties Include:
Perform Cycle Count Duties
Perform back to stock functions
Reconcile and perform adjustments to inventory as needed.
Verify second count adjustments
Resolution Duties Include:
Perform inventory restock; lookup, identify, and put-away extra product from all departments
Execute Consolidation optimization and adjust client footprints as changes are identified
Execute general adjustments
Research and complete order resolution including cancel and re-allocation with follow-up on performing necessary adjustments/cancels
Pull, prepare, and process client transfers in and out of the facility
Perform Inbound, Returns, or Outbound audits
Handle product identification, alternate picks, and invalid product, in a timely manner to ensure Outbound orders are processed within SLA
Enter and remove orders from the sorter resolution line and WMS system logs utilizing a PC and RF unit
Identify mis-ships from Outbound Returns and complete the put-away process
Identify and process locations on inventory error that are impacting production
Identify expired or nearly expired product and adjust as needed
Location setup and labeling
Perform planned and unplanned counts using the RF
Verify accuracy of sku/upc codes on product

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
