Senior Program Manager, User Experience
Primary responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects of varying complexity, product schedules with interdependencies and managing budgets, schedules, and agreements with external agencies and internal business and software development partners. The SPM should also have a broad perspective so that they can prioritize projects and work on the engagement model for those that are worked on.
Responsibilities
Oversees and updates production schedules with Design Leadership within user experience team
Communicate and negotiate dates and milestones with cross-functional team members, including business, development, and other partners
Keeps track, at all times, the health of projects, risks and implications to timelines
Manages meetings and design reviews
Captures key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes
Communicates status, development, and impending or projected deliverables
Constantly improve processes and communications in an ever-changing, fast- paced working environment
Oversee, schedule and manage multiple projects in parallel
Report and comment on resourcing plans, forecasts and costs
Manage budgets, schedules and agreements with internal partners and vendors
Superior knowledge of project and task management tools
Skills Required

years Project /Program Management experience demonstrating increasing levels of project management responsibilities
Proven track record to meet deadlines, drive results and inspire teams
Previous experience in program or project management on a creative team a plus
Deep appreciation for the importance of User Centered Design, the creative process and fundamental design disciplines
Relentless attention to detail
Compelling desire to deliver innovative and exceptional products to our customers
Understanding rapid development cycles while remaining flexible
Knowledge of Agile, Iterative methodologies a plus
Significant experience coordinating with project managers and cross- functional project teams
Experience collaborating with local, distributed and global teams

Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and focus on key issues
Comfortable with ambiguity, provide structure and decisions with limited direction, understanding when to collaborate with the greater team
