# Position Description
US_OP_45_77_Precision Assembler_Level 2
Position will disassemble Mechanical Seals to refurbish, this will include using basic hand tools, bead blasters, lapping machines and air testing equipment. Position will also ship product via Fed-X and UPS, Position will also be required to cycle count parts that are in the local inventory.
# Accountabilities
Demonstrates an understanding of inspection equipment, their functions and uses in order to ensure that all parts and assemblies are within specifications on the prints. Capable of identifying and utilizing approved gauging methods to measure for fit and/or function for any parts with tolerances of .002 or less and utilizing proper measuring devices in order to determine free-length and load with no immediate supervision.
# Position Requirements
3-5 years experience with a mechanical background with repairing pumps, valves and seals or any mechanical equipment, with HS diploma. Computer skills with Microsoft a plus.
