Labor Compensation Analyst

Summary: This position''s primary role is to assist and support implementation of Labor Compensation Time and Attendance systems and processes. Responsibilities include analyzing time results, providing phone or email support for the field,and collaborating with IS and/or Time and Attendance Support Professionals to work through solutions in a timely and accurate fashion. Additional duties include working on the Time and Attendance project while providing support for existing legacy systems. Other Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to generating and validating reports using Microsoft Access, VBA, and Excel, working on special projects and other duties as needed. This project is currentlyexpected to take approximately two years to complete. At the end of that timeframe, the position will be eliminated.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
Experience: 2
years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Access, Excel, and Word - creating documents, creating complex queries, and creating and formatting spreadsheets using formulas for personal business use in fourth generation language.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Must have strong analytical and mathematical skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, and work well inside a team. Must be able to work with customers in a professional manner via the phone or email to resolve end user issues. Must be able to multi-task and follow department processes andprocedures.
Travel: 12 to 24 domestic trips per year.
