Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the producation and quality of food as well as the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and facilities
Planning, directing, and coordinating activities of the Dining Services Department and providing food services for residents, guests, and employees according to state regulations and guidelines
Coordinating food service activities in the dining room
Conferring with staff and residents to plan menus and related activities
Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to

We seek the following principal
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED
Two years or more of related experience
Current ServSafe Certification required
Previous supervisory experience is a plus
ACF Certified Culinarian (CC) preferred
Must enjoy working with the senior population.
