Eden provides commercial and residential pest management services to the Pacific Northwest. We were a pioneer in the Integrated Pest Management movement and are now leading the way towards green pest management.

Base salary of $30k per year plus commissions. ($43k potential for 1st year earnings, seasoned licensed techs $45k)

This position takes a lot of organization, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. A successful team member should multi-task well, learn quickly, and thrive in fast paced environment. We are looking for high achievers that like working in a fun and caring environment. Some basic knowledge of smart phones or computers is recommended since Eden uses handhelds and up-to-date technology and software to keep our workforce efficient.
You would be responsible for the loyalty of more than 300 of our customers and would be expected to organize your workflow, solve complex pest issues using your knowledge of biology and treatment options, and communicate with your clients so as to ensure they receive the highest value possible. Our best technicians find job satisfaction in achieving their goals and being appreciated by their customers.
