THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
To operate the company owned truck to facilitate shipping and receiving operations between company locations (Hamilton & West Union, Ohio, and Vevay, Indiana) and local customer sites
Obey all traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
Follow all safety procedures required by the DOL and the company
Maintain and protect all property entrusted in you in excellent condition
Handle all required documentation in reference to pickup/delivery. Maintain vehicle record logs
Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position requires prolonged sitting and driving
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
The employee may be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Specific vision abilities are required, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
REQUIREMENTS:
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, CDL License not required
CLEAN DRIVING RECORDEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
