Key responsibilities include: Planning, implementing, and monitoring wellness and recreation programs to meet the specific needs of each and all residents
Planning programs and events that encourage engagement and social interaction
Participating in the review of individual residents'' service plans and regularly documenting life enrichment progress
Utilizes Brookdale mission and cornerstones, as well as the Optimum Life vision, for the foundation of their responsibilities
Driving company car and/or van to transport resident to and from events and activities
We seek the following
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED
Two (2) years experience working with seniors preferred
Ability to start immediately in order to cross train with current associate
Flexible with schedule
Must enjoy working with the senior population
