The position is responsible for:
1) Client management
2) Proposal writing
3) Project budgeting
4) Concept design development
5) Project management from proposal to closeout
6) Mentoring junior staff
7) Supervising other architects, cad personnel and support staff
MUST HAVES:
Licensed architect - MI preferred
10
years experience
Experience in client management
Experience in project management - from concept to close out
Experience in the design of NON-Residential facilities
Proficient in the use of Autocad, Revit, SketchUP, 3D Studio Max, PhotoShop
Experience in managing multiple projects
Experience in mentoring junior staff

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
