Micron Technologys Legal Department currently is seeking a corporate attorney whose principal duties will involve the handling of a wide range of commercial transactions for Microns domestic and international operations. The attorney will partner closely with the Micron business groups and Microns U.S. and Asia Legal teams to support Microns worldwide operations. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have an excellent working and practical knowledge of commercial law and practice and between six and ten years of experience in complex commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, and providing advice and counsel. Corporate experience in the high tech industry is preferred but is not required. Experience in handling the legal aspects of commercial transactions for international locations also is desired. Experience in a top law firm or in-house legal department is strongly preferred.
Education and Admission to Practice:
JD from an ABA accredited law school with high academic achievement and bar admission and current membership in good standing within the United States is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
