Full job duties with respect to case handling from inception through trial. Must be adept at taking expert depositions and in the forefront of conducting MSC, mediation, etc. Excellent research, writing and analytical skills a plus as is ability to supervise a team of legal support staff for proper control of discovery, etc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
