Manager Trainees will be trained on all aspects of casino operations in preparation for becoming a Casino Manager. Areas of training include: customer service; administrative tasks such as audits, bookkeeping, payroll, record and file maintenance, advertising, public relations, daily deposits, and daily report writing; repairing and resetting signs; employee hiring, orientation and training; employee counseling and discipline; scheduling and supervision of employees; merchandising to include inventory; receiving, pricing, stocking, displaying and rotating of bar inventories; maintenance and basic repairs of gaming machines and bar equipment; auditing gaming machines; keying daily sales; enforcement of policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Training Manager, the Manager in Training will perform the following:
1. Customer service to include communicating with customers, resolve complaints and inquiries.
2. Daily bookwork using computer to record employee information, inventory and sale information.
3. Make bank deposit.
4. Fill in for absent employee.
5. Order supplies and merchandise.
6. Answer telephone and screen calls.
7. Light maintenance and cleaning of store and restrooms.
8. Stock cooler and shelves.
9. Effectively prioritize, organize, delegate, and follow up on casino tasks to be accomplished.
10. Security of all casino assets. Control of cash and inventories. Control of casino merchandise and labor hours.
11. New employee hiring, orientation, and training.
12. Merchandising, to include receiving, pricing, stocking, displaying, and rotating of bar inventories.
13. Maintain and/or perform basic repairs of gaming machines and bar equipment. This includes sending in appropriate machines for repair.
14. Audit gaming machines
15. Coordinate with corporate office on casino promotions
16. Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
17. Inventory of merchandise.
18. Proper entry of merchandise invoices.
19. Disciplining and/or terminating problem employees.
20. Enforcing all company policies and procedures.
21. Supervisory decisions that are consistent with Town Pump Inc. standards, policies and procedures.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the area of supervision and casino operations with a strong background in customer service and marketing is a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Experience in the following: MS Word, Excel; corporate specific software PDI.

Current Drivers License

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
