We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a highly visible project with a global company based in the Nashville, TN area! Overview:
This person will be working on development projects for a call center application that includes a CRM and knowledge base solutions. This person should have a background in call center and/or technical support as well as experience working with a CRM or Knowledge Management tool. This person will be responsible for gathering requirements from internal customers and communicating that information to the development teams.
Qualifications:
3
years of professional experience as a Business Analyst on software development projects
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience with one or more of the following: call center software, CRM systems, knowledge management systems, and/or workflow analysis experience
Excellent communication skills
Solid experience with standard tools such as Excel, Visio, MS Project, and JIRA
Ability to think critically and create solutions Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
