Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant is required by our client, a leading and industry respected IT Services provider. Working on a consultancy basis with clients across the US this role will see you undertake a variety of challenging tasks including developing, presenting and demonstrating solutions to prospective customers based on detailed customer requirements to highlight Oracle's broad solution areas with emphasis on Oracle's key differentiators to both technical and non-technical audience. You will also install and support Oracle products for customer trials, proof of concepts and project implementations; working with new and strategic customers to ensure success.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will be an accomplished Oracle BI professional, maybe an architect looking to move into consultancy or an existing Oracle consultant looking for a new challenge. Your skills will include:
o Proven industry experience as an Oracle BI product suite with a strong understanding of infrastructure , Oracle EDW/BI product suites, Hyperion planning, Hyperion Financial planning, OLAP, OBIEE,ODI,OWB etc.
o Hands-on knowledge of Oracle DW and BI solutions
o Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle products with increasing levels of responsibility
o Familiarity with Oracle BI architectural design issues and tradeoffs
o Strong understanding of Oracle technology solutions and direction
o Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Qualifications:
o Minimum B.S. Degree (for US) or equivalent experience
o Consulting skills a plus
o Proven analytical, time-management, and problem solving skills
o Strong relationship building skills and overall comprehension of sales cycle
o Desire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
o Strong presentation skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
