Job Summary The Clinical Support Specialist's responsibilities may include providing support to the Clinical Teams, Intake and Referral the Business Office, and Health Information Management for the Evergreen Home Care Services (EHCS) programs which include home health, hospice, palliative patient care, behavioral health and Evergreen Care Network client services.?The Clinical Support Specialist staff may be assigned to any of the above areas based on program needs. Qualifications and Requirements Education Background High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Work Experience Minimum of one year medical field experience preferred. License or Certification Current Washington State driver's license and proof of insurability if applicable.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
