This position will perform a variety of IT hardware, network infrastructure, and development management activities related to business automation, data analytics, reporting, web, client server, maintenance, software installation, end-user support, and training tasks to ensure development activities meet company and user requirements. Develops specifications for moderately complex software programming applications and modifies/maintains the existing software. Maintains applications that may be customized or standardized. Participates in design and coding activities with other staff members.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Recommend, prepare and achieve budget objectives: initiate corrective action where necessary.
Contract maintenance & negotiations and vendor / partner management (e.g., third-party data storage, phones or IT mgmt. companies, etc).
Formalize and institute ticket system system/process.
Interact with outside accountant(s) to prepare annual review and tax returns.
Supervise & develop staff responsible for IT functions and ensure all related work responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership team and management so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions (e.g., hardware, software, system training, programming, etc).
Work as part of the leadership team with to establish and remain on target of three and ten strategic plans for the company as set by executive management. Establish and implement short-and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures to support such plans.
Formulates and defines system scope and objective through research and fact-finding to develop or modify information systems.
Develops custom reports, some of these complex using multiple data sources, using reporting tools such as MS Reporting Services to support the business functions.
Designs, develops, and supports moderately complex integration processes (including interfaces) using SQL Server technology, stored procedures, and SQL program code
Maintenance of vMware based Windows network
Daily support of client workstations and peripherals, including troubleshooting and analysis of issues- both onsite and remotely via phone, email, and Remote control connections.
Setup and configuration of desktops/servers
Interface with and fully support vendor based LOB application and CRM
Manage Sonicwall based WAN
Creation of documentation and/or specific procedures to help clients with repetitive tasks
Monitoring assigned service calls to ensure timely response to our clients
Onsite support for 200
users and 12 servers spread over 6 locations
Work with business users to develop business automation troubleshoot & resolve production issues
Work with the end users to resolve software and hardware issues
Assumes responsibility for ongoing applications and data architecture
Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network.
Furniture software maintenance and new user access (profit)
Key fob /Keri system maintenance
ShopperTrak maintenance
Alarm contact and user administration
Copier/printer administration and maintenance
Address all Hardware user issues at all sites
Phone System Management & Maintenance:
Oversight of entire ShoreTel (VOIP) system function/integrity and layout
Up keep of Phone Layout
Request for vendor changes to extension name
Request for vendor to reset extension passwords
Wireless phones
Internal reporting application AIRS: Oversight of entire system function/integrity and layout.
Oversee/Develop programming
Administer user access
Regular audits
Complete system management and maintenance of:
Alarm security systems
Scanning systems
Audio & video systems
Kids area Play systems
Camera systems

Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong MS Office skills, especially Access, Excel, Macro, Pivot Tables and quantitative skills are highly desired.
Experience in Profit Software a plus.
Competency with Windows Servers (2003, 2008) and related services
Knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery systems
Consulting experience supporting numerous users in a variety of industry settings
Familiarity with SonicWall and other routing and firewall product experience
Experience with VOIP solutions
Blackberry and iPhone support experience
Competency in vMware based network
Competency in WAN routing
Active directory certification a must
Minimum 4 years of VMWare ESXi administration
Experience with SonicWALL routers and firewalls
Knowledge of VPN
SharePoint services support and basic development skills
Database integration skills using SQL Server Integration services or other tools
Business Reporting skills using SQL Server and Reporting services or other tools
Microsoft Access development skills
Microsoft IIS Server

Management experience required.
Minimum 10 years' experience in the field specifically within a Windows environment with vMware experience
Previous experience in one of the following areas: sales, business, or merchandising preferred.
Travel:
Travel Required
Weekly or daily travel is required to all Central New Jersey HomeStore locations, located in Woodbridge, Linden, Freehold, Eatontown, North Brunswick, Greenbrook.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, full-time hours based on business needs. Flexibility with hours and/or additional days such as weekends, nights and holidays required to support retail store and distribution center needs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
