Position Description :
This position is largely responsible for the successful establishment of service level (SLA) and Operating Level (OLA) agreements and the continued assurance and conformance of such agreements to required standards, policies and regulations. The individual that fills this position must have prior experience in the planning and conducting of service-level-agreement analysis and proven experience in providing guidance and support to customers in the area of service level management. Additional expectations include: ensuring critical Tier 1 business processes are receiving appropriate attention and response; conducting meetings with representatives of the business to discuss the current disposition of SLAs; and monitoring and producing SLA trending reports. Familiarity with standard hardware platforms including Windows/UNIX/LINUX/AIX systems. May lead internal cross-functional teams to address SLA business or systems issues.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
