This position is responsible for organization of the front office activity and workflow. Performs general imaging clerical and workflow functions to include patient scheduling. Releases patient medical information under HIPAA guidelines. Answers telephone and provide appropriate information. Properly inputs outpatient information into the CPSI system.
Education: High School graduation with medical terminology and anatomy background. College background in allied health preferred.
Experience:Minimum requirement of at least 1 year of working in the allied health field.Personality and the ability to work with various hospital departments, and the general public are required. Knowledge of radiology exam protocols and preparations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
