BASIC PURPOSE
In an environment of continuous quality improvement, renders professional nursing care and directs and guides patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.? Coordinates all aspects of patient care.
2.? Maintains clinical competency.
3.? Participates in hospital-wide and unit activities.
4.? Performs other related duties.
?Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
