# Position Summary
Provides professional nursing services to the children. Assists with personal care and skill development services as needed. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, this position works within the framework of physicians' orders, care team guidelines, individualized care plans, professional and regulatory guidelines, and ChildServe policies and procedures. ChildServe Staff Nurses are expected to exercise professional judgment regarding the medical conditions, the health, and the safety of the children.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure to practice in the state of Iowa. Must have a current or obtain CPR certification.
OR
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure to practice in the state of Iowa. Must have a current or obtain CPR certification.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
1. Must be able to pass a ChildServe physical examination at commencement of employment and thereafter as regulations require.
2. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly during work hours.
3. Must be able to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships
4. Must be able to effectively manage moderate to high levels of stress in a work setting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
