Dietary Assistant (Dish)

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Performs routine cleaning and sanitizing duties in the food preparation and serving areas as a dietary assistant dish position. Will perform duties in accordance with established procedures and policies of the Food Services department.
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR PROFESSIONAL
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience preferred but not required.
SPECIAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Able to work all assigned shifts, weekends and holidays. Willing to be cross-trained in additional job classifications at management's discretion.
EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS KNOWLEDGE: General purpose cleaning of food preparation and serving areas. Operational knowledge of club care, utility trailer, dish machine, mopping, sweeping and ware washing procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to bend and lift using proper body mechanics. Must be able to stand at least 7 hours a day and work in a hot humid kitchen.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
