Responsible for turning the UHS Cardiac Rehab Program into a cutting edge program, investigating new Cardiac Rehabilitation techniques and program ideas; maintaining current information on what others in the field are doing. Responsible for working with other rehab staff toward goal of program growth and improved outcomes as measured by patient satisfaction surveys. This is to be accomplished by working cooperatively with referring physicians, capturing patients from the UHSH cardiac surgery program, marketing the program to the community, offering top-notch services to currently enrolled patients. Minimum requirements are a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology, Masters preferred and must maintain current ACLS certification.
