Under the direction of the Training Center Manager or Training Director, provide training to all levels of company personnel. Maintain the training process, to include coordinating, instructing, compiling training logs and maintaining the training database.
1. Provide training to all levels of company personnel as required.
2. Create training presentations as needed.
3. Assist training supervisor in analyzing fault reports and other pertinent records to recommend and assist in improving training syllabus as needed.
4. Assist in the completion of and gathering of information relative to the training department.
5. Participate in safety and departmental meetings.
6. Recommend initiatives to enhance training to the training supervisor.
7. Participate and conduct training on casing tools, field tasks, specialty tools, etc. as needed.
8. Maintain a working knowledge of Frank's Safety, Quality and Training Management Systems.
9. Conduct safety, training and job specific observations.
10. Assist in injury management as needed.
11. Assist in revisiting the Training Strategy and related documents.
12. Maintain training records as per department procedures.
13. Assist Training Supervisor with updating Training Management System, , Training Calendars and Training Schedules.
1. High school diploma.
2. Oilfield experience preferred, but not required.
3. Organizational Skills
4. Formal safety instructing/training or Degree helpful, but may be substituted based on experience.
5. Skilled in Microsoft Office to include at a minimum Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
