Provides IT expertise to Claims systems and involved at technical level on all phases of the project development cycle. Analyzes business requirements and defines information systems solutions to address complex business needs (projects are technically difficult, requiring innovative and creative solutions and frequently involve multiple platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools). Prepares functional specifica documents. Partners with Service management and application development teams in resolving application issues. Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
The person should have 7-10 Years of IT related work experience.
Technical Skills required -
Strong Java, J2EE, Design Patterns, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, XML, and SQL - (6-7 Years)
Strong Unix development including writing Shell scripts and Ant scripts (5-7 Years)
Solid understanding of Relational Databases preferrably DB2, Object Oriented Design, and OR-Mapping tools.-( 5 Years)
Experience with AJAX, XSLT, Web Services and Documentum.
Experience with IBM Rational Software Development Platform and WebSphere application server.(6 - 7 Years)
Experience in developing Functional Specification Document.(5 Years)
Team player, Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and writtenDevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
