Seeking a Production Manager - EIPMM
Our Client Company is one of the world's leading specialty chemicals companies with a concentration on high- growth megatrends, especially in health, nutrition, resource efficiency and globalization. They are currently seeking a Production Manager (with manufacturing background) in Janesville, WI. The salary is $97K - $125K, plus up to 15% bonus potential. Relocation assistance is available.
The Production Manager ensures that customer requirements are met on a timely basis and that company assets are protected, utilizing a safe, environmentally conscious, cost-effective approach. He/she works to minimize unanticipated events and communicate production information to/with the appropriate management. Finally, the Production Manager oversees and administers corporate and plant policies and procedures for the Production Department.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, or another engineering, scientific or
other technical discipline (advanced degree preferred)
Ten years manufacturing responsibility experience with a solid understanding of a complex, chemical-
production environment
Knowledge and experience in managing environmentally complex processes
Demonstrated success in continuous improvement activities
Strong safety knowledge including OSHA PSM regulations
Experience in ISO 9001/14001 and cosmetic GMP
Computer literacy
