Close business day and produces daily reports by performing the following duties.
Include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
Audits the day work
Check all Front Desk transaction and make corrections if necessary
Examines department activities for compliance with management plans and policies.
Prepares and submits audit findings and makes recommendations to management.
Write vouchers, run folios, run calculator tapes on all vouchers and balance with the daily report in preparation for the accounting department
Balance all credit cards and transfer to the bank
Run rooms report and verify rates
Perform nightly bucket check
Check in and out guests
Answer telephones when necessary

Experience:
Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
