The Community Service Representative is responsible for implementing all networking and marketing programs in our territory. Through training and field activities, this role will provide service expertise, motivate others through consultative sales, and gain trusted relationships resulting in increased business.
The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
-- Reflect the core values ofWin Inc.,d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise.
-- Research and identify sources for client referrals
-- Make contact with new RPN's in person according to the established goals. This would include intro calls, info calls, one on one meetings or group presentations using video and print material to educate and inform them on available services.
-- Research, schedule and successfully execute regular community marketing events including health fairs, senior expos and any other event that would promote our service to the general public.
-- Drive Franchise Owner participation in all company events and programs.
-- Follow up on all RPN contacts with appropriate correspondence such as thank you notes.
-- Assist with all Web marketing activities.
-- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
-- Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and CAREGivers.
-- Conduct service inquiry calls.
-- Conduct care consultations as needed.
-- Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions as needed.
-- Participate in on-call duties.
-- Participate in all CAREGiver meetings.
-- Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter within the deadline.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
