Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing all plant related operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, record keeping within the main plant. This includes all related mechanical rooms and auxiliary support equipment throughout the hospital facilities complex.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate''s degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 1st Class Engineer License. 3-5 years of experience. Metasys (Johnson Controls) System; TMS Work Order Sytem; Basic computer skills; Standard Office Equipment; Critical thinking skills. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates the ability to negotiate on the company s behalf.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
