US Citizen Specialist in Audiology with full professional responsibility for cases that vary in degree in complexity with respect to hearing impairment. Operating within a designed scope of practice, such responsibility involves the identification, evaluation and remediation of any type of auditory communicative disorder. Responsible for the overall analysis and synthesis of diagnostic information regarding more complex cases; the dissemination of this information to other related professional disciplines; the recommendation of other examinations when necessary and the planning of a comprehensive program of rehabilitative services and on the diagnostic findings. __

Proficient in written and spoken English.
Master''s degree or its equivalent in audiology or hearing science from an accredited college or university is required. Accredited means a college or university by a regional accreditation organization and a speech language pathology academic program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

GRADE DETERMINATIONS:
GS-9 - Education and
Experience: None beyond the basic requirements.
GS-11 - Education and
Experience: Completion of 1 year of professional experience as an Audiologist equivalent to the next lower level; or 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a doctoral degree; or doctoral degree in Audiology, hearing science, or a directly related field.
GS-12 - Education and
Experience: In addition to the requirements at the GS-11 level, completion of 1 year of professional experience comparable to the next lower level and possession of a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice Audiology.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
