The lean specialist is responsible to lead and coordinate strategic performance improvement initiatives within the organization. This will be accomplished through effective leadership, working relationships with other leaders, and department personnel. The Lean Specialist will utilize lean tools, performance management, problem solving, as well as coaching, training, and influence skills to achieve specific organizational change and financial objections. The position will also assist with productivity management and other project management initiatives throughout the organization.

Qualifications/Competencies:

Minimum of3 years experience in process design/lean experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Lean certification preferred.

Ability to work independently.

Effective time management and problem solving skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities.

Computer skills including prior use of electronic medical record.

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Must have confident and effective oral and written communication skills.

Ability to react calmly, objectively and effectively in emergency situations.
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
